Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Build workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and Lightning Record Pages.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and CDC.
Manage Salesforce security, data migration, reporting, and dashboards.
Required Skills:
Solid Salesforce CRM architecture knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of Data Loader, reporting, dashboards, integrations, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud) and Zendesk experience.
