Role & responsibilities
Lead the planning and scheduling functions for multiple projects or manufacturing units.
Develop master project schedules, production plans, and resource allocation strategies.
Review and approve baseline schedules, recovery plans, and schedule updates.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement mitigation measures.
Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, QA/QC, logistics, and project execution teams.
Ensure timely availability of materials, moulds, manpower, equipment, and other resources.
Monitor production capacity and optimize manufacturing and dispatch schedules.
Conduct critical path analysis (CPM) and forecast project completion dates.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in precast concrete manufacturing
