Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Design and implement custom entities, forms, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security models.
Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, and Power Automate flows.
Build integrations between Dynamics CRM and enterprise applications using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.
Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, unit testing, code refactoring, and documentation activities.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for CRM solutions.
Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.




Solid experience in:
MS Dynamics
Dataverse
Power Apps and Power Automate
C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
JavaScript / TypeScript
Plugin Development and Custom Workflow Activities
REST APIs and Dataverse Web APIs
SQL Server
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and quality.
Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with MS Dynamics.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD implementation.
Knowledge of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience with CRM data migration and integration projects.
Microsoft Dynamics Certifications preferred.
