Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Act as the regional SPOC, manage Key Accounts, and conduct regular client site visits.
Business Development: Identify prospective clients, gather technical testing requirements, and generate qualified inquiries.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure 100% satisfaction, resolve complaints swiftly, and coordinate smoothly with internal engineering teams.
Financial Discipline: Meet year-on-year regional revenue targets and ensure timely payment collection.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech).
Skills: Robust interpersonal communication, negotiation, and basic proficiency in MS Office/ERP software.
Flexibility: Open to working adaptable operational shifts and traveling daily within the assigned territory.
