In this role, you will lead the end-to-end academic development and delivery of online programs, ensuring high-quality, engaging learning experiences for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Delivery: Lead live counseling sessions and address online learners' teaching-learning needs.
Content Creation: Develop error-free, premium online content, including Self-Learning Material (SLM), PPTs, and video modules.
Collaboration: Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), multimedia, and LMS technical teams to optimize course delivery
Research: Engage in active R&D; and publish research papers in reputed journals.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a closely related stream.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of teaching experience (higher education or online learning environments preferred).
Skills:
Solid analytical and communication skills, deep knowledge of up-to-date instructional methods, and proficiency with EdTech/LMS tools.
