Role Overview: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring for Voice Process, Customer Support, International BPO, Contact Center, or Service Desk roles. The ideal candidate should have handled bulk hiring and be familiar with communication assessment tools such as Versant, AMCAT, SHL, or similar screening platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Voice Process and Customer Support roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate communication assessments (Versant, AMCAT, SHL, etc.).
Schedule and conduct initial HR screenings.
Manage interview coordination and candidate engagement.




Handle bulk hiring requirements and maintain recruitment SLAs.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ensure timely offer roll-out and onboarding support.

Required Skills:
4+ years of recruitment experience.
Experience in Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support hiring.
Knowledge of Versant, AMCAT, SHL, Berlitz, or communication assessments.
Experience with volume hiring.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
