2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Positive understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN Visa, etc.).
Robust sourcing skills using job portals and social networking sites.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Valuable negotiation and relationship management skills.
