We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual Tester with 38 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating software applications, identifying defects, creating test cases, and ensuring high-quality product releases. The candidate should possess robust analytical skills and experience in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and validation.
Ensure applications meet business and quality requirements before release.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills




3–8 years of experience in Manual Testing.
Robust understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
Experience in test case design and execution.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Valuable understanding of API testing concepts and tools such as Postman (preferred).
Experience working with databases and basic SQL queries.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to Automation Testing tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Mobile Application Testing.
Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or E-commerce domains.
Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail, HP ALM, or Zephyr.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
