Role & responsibilities

*Manage end-to-end Operation Theatre (OT) operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of OT resources, equipment, and manpower.
Standardize OT workflows and implement best operational practices across the cluster.
Monitor OT scheduling, turnaround time, productivity, and utilization.
Ensure adherence to NABH, infection control, quality, and patient safety standards.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing teams, and hospital administration for smooth OT functioning.
Analyze operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop OT teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
Handle audits, compliance requirements, and corrective action implementation.
Support recent center setup, operational expansion, and change management initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of Operation Theatre management.
Team leadership and stakeholder management.
Hospital quality standards (NABH preferred).
Process improvement and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
