Job Role: Tele Collection Executive
Languages Required: Kannada or Telugu or Hindi ( Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in tele collections, loan collections, or recovery
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle telephonic collections and recovery for all loan products.
* Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
* Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
* Maintain accurate collection records and update the system.
* Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets while maintaining qualified customer interactions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1+ year of experience in loan collections/recovery.
* Fluency in Kannada or Telugu is mandatory.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
