Role & responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and modify architectural and fit-out drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for project execution.
Monitor fit-out activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and resolve design and execution-related issues.
Review shop drawings, layouts and material specifications.
Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and cost parameters.
Support tenant fit-out approvals and handover processes.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
