Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong sourcing experience using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean search.
Good understanding of US IT technologies and technical job roles.
Knowledge of US work authorizations including US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, and GC-EAD.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-oriented workplace.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience recruiting across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Salesforce, and Infrastructure.
Experience with ATS tools and recruitment metrics is an added advantage.
