Job Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients at their homes as per clinical protocols.
Monitor vital signs and maintain patient records.
Administer medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments.
Assist patients with daily healthcare needs and recovery plans.
Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
GNM/B.Sc Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration.
Positive communication and patient care skills.
Willingness to travel for home visits.
