Your tasks:
Conduct routine, type, and special tests on power and distribution transformers.
Perform transformer electrical tests including:
Turns Ratio Test (TTR)
Winding Resistance Measurement (WRM)
Insulation Resistance (IR)
Magnetic Balance Test
Vector Group Verification
Applied Voltage Test
Induced Voltage Test
Partial Discharge Test
Temperature Rise Test
No-load and Load Loss Measurement
Impedance Voltage Test
SFRA (Sweep Frequency Response Analysis)
Capacitance Tan Delta Tests
Verify test setups and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Quality Assurance
Review test procedures and quality plans.
Analyze test results and identify abnormalities or non-conformities.
Prepare test reports and inspection records.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Customer Third-Party Inspections




Coordinate customer witness inspections and third-party audits.
Present test results and address customer technical queries.
Ensure successful Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
