Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotions.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive coordination.
Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and documentation processes.
Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
Prior experience in automobile, retail, or showroom sales is an added advantage.
