Role Responsibilities
Design and deliver conceptually rich, inquiry-led Mathematics lessons aligned to IB Upper PYP and Lower MYP frameworks for students aged 10 14.
Implement formative and summative assessments that reflect IB s Approaches to Learning (ATL) and cater to diverse learning profiles.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate transdisciplinary themes and real-world problem-solving into mathematical contexts.
Use data-driven insights from assessments to differentiate instruction, close learning gaps, and accelerate student growth.
Contribute to curriculum development, unit planning, and resource curation that supports conceptual understanding over rote learning.
Mentor students in critical thinking, mathematical reasoning,



and collaborative problem-solving using IB s inquiry cycle (Tuning In Finding Out Sorting Out Going Further Making Connections).
