Role :

Drive modernization (MOD) sales by identifying opportunities, meeting clients, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets for elevator upgrades . Plan and execute elevator modernization projects by coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients and opportunities for elevator modernization (MOD) projects.
Have a solid track record in modernization sales
Strong track record in business development, customer relationship management, and techno-commercial negotiations.
Generate leads, meet building owners/facility managers, and build solid client relationships.
Demonstrate a solid track record in modernization sales.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical/operational issues on-site
