Role & responsibilities

Leading for Third Party inspection, Type approval testing & New product development testing, and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities :
Team leader for Conducting Infrastructure Assessments as per the Govt requirements and Bulk Testing of the optical fibre cables as per the Client Quality Standards.
Responsible for Co-ordination with Client for product testing, approval and final despatch.
Supporting Client Authorities for conducting Infrastructure Assessment for launching recent design of optic fibre cables.
Team leader of customer inspection team and guide the team to conduct inspection within given time.
Responsible for carrying out customer inspection without any rejections.
Co-ordinate with team during analysis of customer complaint.
Responsible for completion of routine test activities by effectively utilizing available resources.
Ensure the error free Documentation required for Bulk testing as per the Customer standards.
Responsible for calibration of various Monitoring and Measuring Equipment and Software in the firm.




Responsible for purchase of all capital /consumable items for QA department.
Responsible to Conduct business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical business functions & Identifying Strategies and solutions.
Responsible to keep align Business Continuity Plan and ensure Testing of business continuity plans.
