Role & responsibilities
He / She will be part of the Regional HR Leadership team and work with the HR Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the facilitation center & mother hubs in organization.
Manage relationships with internal customers, partnering with them in building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements.
Be the leader with HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employee.

Preferred candidate profile
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Prior experience in managing contractual workforce/Unions.
Experience in Mass hiring & bulk hiring.
Experience in IR/ER, local labour laws and compliance.
Robust business and HR acumen, including robust problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
The optimum candidate should possess an understanding of SC teams and how to grow and develop SC leaders
