We are seeking a hands-on Senior Dot Net AI Solutions Engineer (C# + .Net Core + React + Azure AI + US Healthcare) with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) mindset to bridge healthcare business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will partner directly with stakeholders, architect and build scalable cloud-native applications, leverage AI capabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes across healthcare payer operations.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and objectives.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable end-to-end solutions spanning applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
Leverage AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and automation to improve healthcare operations and engineering productivity.
Drive cloud engineering, DevOps, modernization, and operational excellence.
Own the complete solution lifecycle from discovery and architecture through deployment and production support.
Mentor teams and promote engineering excellence, innovation, and reusable frameworks.





Healthcare Domain Expertise Experience in one or more of the following areas: Claims Processing & Adjudication, Member Enrollment & Eligibility, Provider Management, Healthcare EDI (HIPAA X12), Advantages Administration, Prior Authorization, Care Management, Utilization Management, Grievance & Appeals, Payment Integrity, or Clinical Operations.

Preferred: Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, healthcare APIs, and interoperability standards.

Technical Skills
7+ years to 12 years of relevant experience on the technologies required as below.
Full-Stack Engineering: .NET Core/C#, Python, contemporary front-end frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
Cloud & Platform Engineering: Azure cloud-native development, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and scalable secure architectures.
AI & Intelligent Automation: Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled software engineering practices.
