Key Skills:
5+ years of Application/Infrastructure Support.
Windows Server / Red Hat Linux.
Microsoft Azure (Azure Fundamentals preferred).
PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
SQL Server / Oracle databases.
Application troubleshooting & performance monitoring.
ITIL / ITSM concepts.
Networking, Virtualization, Storage & Active Directory.
Agile / DevOps setting.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:




Manage and support business-critical applications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Work with DBAs to resolve database-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application availability.
Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL best practices.
Azure Fundamentals & Windows Certifications.
Experience with lifecycle management and automation initiatives.
Knowledge of DevOps practices.
