Roles and Responsibiities :
Training on Medical Billing, AR, Claim Denials & Appeals, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Developing training curriculum, modules, and assessments.
Hands-on experience with US Healthcare Billing, AR & Denials Management, and billing systems like Epic and Athena.
Creating workflows for denials (Duplicate, Timely Filing, Prior Authorization, Medical Necessity, etc.).
Conducting training for current hires and existing employees.
Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Management teams.
Minimum 6 years of AR/Denials/RCM experience and 2 year of training experience. CPC/CCS/COC certification is an advantage.
