Role & responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer preferences and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
Maintain robust product knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery .
Handle after-sales support.
Meet individual and team sales targets consistently.
Keep displays attractive, organized, and stocked at all times.
Assist in daily store operations, stock management, and inventory control.
Ensure safety and security of the jewellery entrusted in their custody

Preferred candidate profile
0 to 5 years of experience in retail sales (experience in the jewellery industry is a must)
Candidate is experience in other retail, freshers also can apply.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (local language proficiency is essential).




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, reliability, and customer focus.
