Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Engineer to manage procurement activities for HVAC and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Procurement of HVAC equipment such as Chillers (Air & Water Cooled), AHU, FAHU, VRF systems, Cooling Towers, and Pumps.
Purchase of HVAC accessories including ducts, insulation, valves, dampers, and supports.
Procurement of MEP materials (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting systems).
Coordinate with project, site, and planning teams based on BOQ and drawings.
Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties with vendors.
Issue Purchase Orders with proper approvals.
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule.




Coordinate GRN/MRN, receipt note, invoice verification, and payment processes.
Maintain vendor database, procurement records, and MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in procurement of HVAC and MEP materials.
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and MEP components
Hindi is the Mandatory language.
Experience in vendor development, negotiation, and supplier management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems (preferred).
Valuable communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of material planning and inventory control.
Willingness to work across Pan India locations.
