Role Overview: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Join our healthcare support team and play a key role in managing the revenue cycle by ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions.

Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance providers for claim follow-ups and resolutions.
Respond to patient queries related to billing and provide clear guidance.
Work with internal departments to resolve claim discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and claim statuses.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Preferred candidate profile / Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are welcome (Graduates from 2020 to 2026 with no backlogs).
2026 graduates results should be declared ( MUST )
Life Science graduates are encouraged to apply.
B.Tech/BE graduates are not eligible.
Solid command of English communication (spoken and written).
Good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
