Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing paid media across Meta and Google platforms, with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and growth metrics. Experience in the personal care or beauty category and exposure to Quick Commerce platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with a performance-led mindset
Own and manage media budgets, ensuring optimal ROI, ROAS, and CAC
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals
Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
Identify growth opportunities through new audiences, platforms, and strategies




Support campaigns for Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) where applicable
Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing

Preferred candidate profile
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Solid experience in the D2C industry (mandatory)
Proven exposure to managing paid media across Meta and Google platforms (mandatory)
Experience in the personal care / beauty category is an added advantage
Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, growth-focused setting
