Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical specialists, particularly within the Digital Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related engineering domains. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Hire for engineering positions such as Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, CAD, Digital Engineering, and other technical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and prepare recruitment reports.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure successful onboarding.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular hiring updates.

Desired Candidate Profile
5 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Engineering or Technical recruitment.
Hands-on experience hiring for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, CAD, Digital Engineering, or related engineering roles.
Experience recruiting within the Digital Engineering or Construction Engineering domain will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
