Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on, highly driven Field & Mass Hiring Recruiter to execute large-scale, ground-level recruitment drives. In this role, you will be responsible for building candidate pipelines in the field (on the ground) and managing end-to-end volume hiring.

You must be comfortable traveling locally, building networks with local institutions, and executing walk-in/field drives under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sourcing & Ground Execution
Conduct on-the-ground field recruitment activities, including local flyering, kiosk setups, banner displays, and community outreach in target hubs/clusters.
Identify and build partnerships with local skill development centers, ITIs, vocational institutes, NGOs, and labor contractors for steady talent supply.
Organize and manage high-volume field drives, open walk-ins, and spot-hiring events in key geographic zones.
