Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine HSE inspections and safety audits across the property.
Identify workplace hazards and ensure timely closure of safety observations.
Monitor and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
Implement and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
Ensure adherence to contractor safety requirements and site safety regulations.
Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Organize fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and safety awareness programs.
Inspect and monitor fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and emergency exits.
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors.
Maintain HSE records, statutory documents, audit reports, and compliance trackers.
Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
Support sustainability initiatives related to waste management, energy conservation, and environmental compliance.
