We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Bancassurance channel. The role involves driving insurance sales through partner bank branches, building robust relationships with bank staff, and providing customers with suitable insurance solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
Generate leads from the bank's customer base and convert them into business.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives.




Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
Adhere to company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
Any Graduate.
1 to 5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, Banking, or BFSI Sales.
Robust communication and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
