Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and productive service.

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
Ensure excellent customer service by resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to maintain brand consistency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food and operational waste.
Control labor costs, food costs, and other operating expenses to meet profitability targets.
Monitor daily sales, prepare operational reports, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day financial reconciliation.
Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of products and materials.




Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall facility standards.
Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak business hours.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and compliance with workplace policies.
Maintain high standards of workplace safety and security.
Support the achievement of monthly sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
