As an Informatica IDMC Technical Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade data integration and MDM solutions. You will work across cloud and on-premises systems to ensure high-quality, reliable, and accessible data.

This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical leadership, supporting business-critical data domains such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

Solution Design Architecture
Design scalable data integration and MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC (formerly IICS).
Define architecture aligned with enterprise data strategy and business requirements.

Development Implementation
Develop and optimize data pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
Build mappings, workflows, and taskflows with performance tuning (e.g., partitioning, pushdown optimization).
Integrate data across cloud and on-prem applications.

MDM Implementation
Configure Informatica MDM (v10.4+), including:
Data models
Match merge rules
Business rules and workflows
Ensure a unified and accurate master data view.

Data Quality Governance
Implement data quality rules using IDMC and MDM tools.




Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards.

Performance Optimization
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across data pipelines and MDM systems.

Collaboration Leadership
Work with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.

Testing Documentation
Ensure robust testing of data pipelines and MDM configurations.
Maintain explicit technical documentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience
6+ years in Informatica IDMC/IICS (Cloud Data Integration).
2+ years of Informatica MDM experience.
Hands-on experience designing and optimizing data pipelines.

Technical Skills
Solid expertise in:
Informatica IDMC (CDI)
SQL (advanced level)
Data modeling (relational/dimensional)
Experience with:
MDM tools (Informatica MDM preferred)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
APIs and scripting (Python/Shell optional)

Data Governance
Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.

Soft Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management

Certifications (Preferred)
Informatica IDMC or MDM certifications
