JOB DEFINITION

To organize his work station and the servicepersonnel assigned to that station with a view to give quick and friendlyservice.
DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

To organize train and supervise the restaurant stewards in maintaininghigh standards of service to guests.

To inspect table layouts and supervise service onhis particular station.

To develop restaurant sales through setting highstandards of service to guests.

To acquire thorough knowledge understanding of themenu to aid in optimum selling.

To continually strive to develop and increaserestaurant sales.

To ensure maintenance of service equipment andfurniture in the restaurant .
AREAS OFOPERATION All FB areas of the hotel.
