Responsibilities
Roles Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.



Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities. Positive presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
