Roles and Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for production issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to application support.
Manage ticketing system to track and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Infra) to resolve complex technical issues affecting production settings.
Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders through effective issue escalation process.
