Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be proficient with English & Hindi

Should be open to extensive travel job

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the daily sales operations.
