Robust knowledge of GD&T;, Teamcenter PLM, and Vismockup for vehicle integration. In-depth understanding of automotive standards, safety requirements, and regulations. Proficient in plastic product design and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills; self-motivated and able to work independently
Solid expertise in Interior plastic product design principles, injection molding processes, material selection, and associated manufacturing constraints specific to exterior trims.
Thorough understanding of vehicle architecture, including aggregate groups, sub-groups, systems, and sub-systems, to ensure seamless product integration.




Independently design and develop automotive Interior trim components ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and vehicle integration criteria.
Develop detailed CAD designs in CATIA V5 based on engineering directions, applying exact GD&T; to guarantee part fit and function.
Integrate designs within the digital vehicle context using Vismockup, ensuring proper attachment and alignment to the digital vehicle structure.
Manage product data and configurations through Teamcenter, maintaining strict release and change management protocols for chassis and exterior trim components.
