Key Responsibilities:
Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, SPM, and utility equipment.
Ensure maximum machine uptime through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, spindles, ball screws, guideways, and lubrication systems.
Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Monitor machine health and implement TPM and preventive maintenance practices.
Ensure availability of critical spares and maintain maintenance records.
Enforce safety, 5S, and statutory compliance across the maintenance department.
