Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily assembly line operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
Manage manpower, line balancing, and shift activities for optimum productivity.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, Control Plans, and assembly work instructions.
Monitor in-process quality, reduce defects, and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth operations.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, IATF 16949 requirements, and housekeeping practices.

Required Skills:
Assembly line supervision and production planning
Manpower management and line balancing




Pneumatic and hydraulic assembly processes
Engineering drawing interpretation
Root Cause Analysis (8D, Why-Why, Fishbone)
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen OEE
MS Excel ERP knowledge
