Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
ISTQB Foundation Level certification required; ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager strongly preferred.
Domain-specific certifications in Trade Finance (as an advantage).

Preferred Experience:
8+ years of QA experience in banking, with at least 3 years dedicated to Trade Finance systems, and a proven record of independently leading test teams and end-to-end test delivery owning test strategy, planning, estimation, defect governance, and stakeholder reporting.
Proven track record testing front-end digital portals and complex core banking integrations.
Proven track record of testing complex financial integrations, including SWIFT messaging,



local clearing networks, and Core Banking system integrations (Temenos T24).
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios for multi-system, multi-channel financial workflows.
Experience working in Agile delivery settings and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting for financial testing scenarios.
Experience supporting regulatory compliance testing and audit evidence preparation in a banking context.
