Role & responsibilities

Solid technical & functional expertise in Workday US Payroll.
Hands-on experience in configuration, data conversion, reporting, and integrations.
Minimum 7 years overall experience, with at least 4 years in Workday.
Workday Certification in Payroll is mandatory.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Education
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. (or equivalent).

Deliver solutions in Workday US Payroll module, including configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Lead/manage small implementation projects and AMS support for Payroll.
Conduct requirements gathering, define scope, and manage scope gaps.
Develop complex configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
Provide go-live assistance and ongoing production support.
Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Clients for project delivery.
Mentor and coach team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
