Role & responsibilities
Handle customer service requests and vehicle concerns.
Prepare job cards and provide repair estimates.
Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.
Update customers on repair progress and delivery status.
Explain completed work and service charges to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain service records and follow dealership processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience in an automotive service workplace is an advantage.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
Computer skills and dealership software knowledge preferred.
Preferred Chennai candidates only
Valid LMV driving licence preferred/required.
