Experience: 4 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily CNC VMC machine shop production.
Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and delivery.
Manage operators, shift activities, and manpower allocation.
Monitor productivity, machine utilization, and OEE.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and IATF requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, rejection reduction, and process optimization.

CNC Turning VMC machining operations
Production planning and shift management




Engineering drawing GDT interpretation
Cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE
ERP MS Excel
