Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and results-driven US Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across IT and/or Non-IT domains while working with direct clients, implementation partners, or staffing firms.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete US recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate compensation, rate confirmations, and joining timelines.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.




Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills
2 years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.
Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Good understanding of US tax terms, visa classifications (H-1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.), and employment types.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
