Role & responsibilities

Taking care of all maintenance related activities, TPM activities. Basic PLC, robotics, HMI. Trouble shooting , MTTB, MTTR

• Planning and Undertaking Scheduled maintenance, TPM/WCM activities
• Trouble shooting the mechanical and electrical breakdowns in machines
• Knowledge in PLC, Drives and Robots
• AutoCAD, MS office
• Plant and Utilities maintenance
• Forklift/DG/STP maintenance
• Review and update Proper Documentation
• Knowledge of managing the audits
• Achieve the yearly KPI targets
• Track and control the down time with continuous improvements ,CAPA,IATF
• Train and supervise the technician/contract labours in maintenance dept.
• Follow up the external supplier and contractors for execution of maintenance work
• Support Purchase activities
• Support Project activities
• Positive communication skills
• Willing to work 3 shift
• Willing to shift near company
• Willing to travel
• Valuable attitude, positive ,willing to learn ,adaptive, leadership qualities
