Handle operations efficiently meeting all KPI ensuring timely delivery with no major dissatisfaction.
Garment production / Textile Background/ Footwear know how.
Strong negotiation skills and decision-making helping Business development.
Valuable in communication skills, decision making, providing innovative solutions in time.
Should be able to take responsibility.
Preferred candidate profile
Essential: Degree in Textiles / Apparels/ Footwear.
Desirable: Technical know-how in Production/ Quality control with strong experience in Business Development
Specialization: Experience in Operations with major experience in Business development. Valuable communication and negotiation skills required.
