Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VMware & Windows Administrator (L2) to manage and support enterprise Windows Server and VMware infrastructure. The role involves server administration, virtualization, Active Directory management, backup & recovery, incident resolution, and infrastructure monitoring while ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO)
Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Provisioning & Management
Backup & Recovery (Veeam/Acronis or equivalent)
Infrastructure Monitoring (SolarWinds, Nagios, vROps or similar)
ServiceNow, ITIL, Incident & Change Management
Basic Storage (RAID, SAN/NAS) and Data Center Operations




Windows Server Patching & Performance Troubleshooting
Basic Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN)

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain VMware and Windows Server settings.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Perform VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, migrations, and patching.
Monitor infrastructure health and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure changes and troubleshooting.
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Support data center operations and maintain system availability.

Preferred Certifications: VMware VCP, Microsoft (MCSA/AZ-104), ITIL Foundation.
