Qualification : M.Tech. in Structures
Experience: 6+ yrs years in RCC high rise residential buildings
CTC: Best in the industry
Location: Chennai HQ

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering:

Perform detailed structural analysis and accurate design for high-rise RCC residential structures.

Design Basis Reports (DBR):

Develop transparent DBRs while ensuring the design conforms to Indian Standards (IS) and international building codes.

Software Operations:

Utilize advanced design and finite element modelling (FEM) software such as ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD. Pro to validate structural integrity.
