Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Construction roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining process.
Develop robust relationships with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
