We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally and accounting software to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial record maintenance, and day-to-day bookkeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record keeping
Handle accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers systematically.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other filings.
Support audits by providing relevant data and documentation.
Monitor cash flow, expense reports, and budget utilization.
Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.




Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in Tally and accounting software is mandatory.
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in GST filing, invoice management, and reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Nice to Have (Advantages):
Experience in payroll processing and financial statement preparation.
Familiarity with Excel-based reporting and data analysis.
Knowledge of ERP or cloud-based accounting tools.
